Tested circuit boards and subassemblies for IBM System 360 and 370 mainframes; IBM Tactical Fire Control Systems; IBM Series 1 and AS/400 minicomputers; IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/1 and PS/2 microcomputers; AT&T Tridom portable satellite telecommunications systems; Genicom printers; Netrix computer networking equipment; LXE data acquisition equipment; Compaq notebook computers; Dell desktop computers; and other similar systems. Operated, repaired and programmed automated test equipment including IBM Class IV and Class VIII functional test systems, IBM GSAT functional test system, Hewlett-Packard 3065 in-circuit and functional test system, and numerous custom-built and customer-specific test sytems. Wrote and debugged test programs for IBM Class IV using IBM punch cards and machine language. Wrote and debugged test programs for HP 3065 using HP BASIC software and HP UNIX operating system. Also maintained test programs and did annual test equipment calibration and qualification for IBM and other customers as well as commercial test equipment (Tektronix, HP, Fluke, etc.). Set-up, programmed and maintained environmental stress test systems and chambers for IBM, AT&T, and other customers.
