  I have been leading on the resident and stakeholder communications for the Broadwater Farm Estate regeneration programme and securing a "yes vote" in a resident ballot. Key responsibilities have included devising and executing a communications and engagement programme to inform residents of the proposed demolition of tower blocks, construction of new homes for social rent and the refurbishment of the rest of the estate. This has involved producing print and digital content, campaign materials, digital and print advertising and co-ordination of media and stakeholder events. The ballot was held in March 2022 and despite opposition from the local residents' association, 85% of those who voted in the resident ballot - as required by the Mayor of London - voted in favour of the proposals taking place.
