Responsible for creating and shipping 200+ Pro-Am player packages. Helped to run player/caddie registration as well as trophy and picture distribution at the end of the day. Fan Expo Zone- Responsible for coordinating all vendor badge, ticket, and parking needs for the sponsors as well as the load-in/load-out of sponsor materials before and after the tournament.       • I was responsible for three different projects for the Valspar Championship, the Family Fun Zone, the Par4Miler, and the PGA TOUR Volunteer Challenge. • Family Fun Zone- I coordinated with seven different companies(All Children's Hospital, Publix Supermarkets, Valspar, St. Petersburg College(Rock Climbing Wall), Jabil, Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, and Imagination Playground/PGA TOUR) who all had expo areas in the Family Fun Zone. I was in charge of scheduling set-up/break down dates and times, volunteer schedules, sponsorship fulfillment, etc. I was also the on-site contact for all seven companies for the time before, during, and after the tournament. I also helped to triple the number of climbs the rock wall had this year compared to last year as well as getting over 100 entries for an Imagination Playground product giveaway. • Par4Miler- I was the on-site contact and coordinator for the race management company we were working with. This involved helping with course design, off and on-site runner packet pic-ups, and coordinating food and drinks for the after race party. I also worked with the merchandise rep to create a discount for the participants as well as doing marketing for the race from the tournament side. • PGA TOUR Volunteer Challenge- I was in charge of promoting the challenge throughout our tournament volunteers as well as helping the Valspar Championship become the top vote earning tournament across the PGA TOUR. I was also responsible for making sure the on-site voting station was staffed with volunteers and that all sponsorship fulfillment's were met throughout the tournament. • Along with my projects I helped the Tournament Operations team on multiple levels including the set-up and break down of both the tournament and the Thursday night Rascall Flatts concert.
