  In October 2009 we opened our first Retail store at Westfield Plenty Valley in South Morang, Melbourne. The store was greenfield and over the past 10 years we have developed it into a strong business which primarily services one of the largest growth corridors in Victoria stretching from Mill Park to Whittlesea. In November 2011 we opened a second store in Craigieburn at the Stockland Highlands Shopping Centre and then shifted in 2013 to the newly opened Craigieburn Central Shopping Centre. In October 2018 we trialled a Kiosk in the town of Wallan, north of Melbourne and in 2020 made the kiosk a permanent part of our business. In September 2019 we also became the majority owners of 5 Telstra stores in Western Victoria (Warrnambool, Warrnambool Gateway Plaza, Hamilton, Ararat and Horsham). I relocated to Warrnambool to run the Western Victoria operation while my business partner remains in Melbourne operating the metropolitan stores.

  In the position of National Sales Manager I was accountable for the sales and revenue performance across Consumer and Small Business segments for Telstra Country Wide. I was chartered to work with up to 35 local teams across regional and rural Australia along with metropolitan locations (excluding Melbourne and Sydney). My direct team of 10 individuals and I worked with up to 80 sales team members located across Australia. Our primary focus was to work with the Retail stores and Business Centres to provide support and aid in driving sales performance.
