Worked with IT department doing computer maintenance, installation, updates. Assisted with day to day operations and set up of new equipment throughout campus. Ran Cat5 cable to new desktops that we set up in a classroom, 6 pc's in total, then we had to make sure the new pc's connected to the correct server. Set up Cisco phones using VoIP protocols. Updated computers that were using a program called Deepfreeze, had to use deep freeze's server software to unlock all of the computers, then perform the updates, and then freeze the computers back. Normal hardware troubleshooting, monitors not working, Pc's not working. I had to find out why and then repair the computers. Hooked up Security camera's in offices and then ran and installed the ends on the coax cable. Show less
