I worked with Mike while he was completing his Prehired Science Based Sales certification. I didn’t get a chance to work with him much until the end of the program because he took the bull by the horns and knocked out most of the material without any assistance. He’s independent, self motivated, and has a knack for starting and carrying sales conversations. We did a bit of coaching toward the end of the certification and he was able to quickly digest the boilerplate we use, and then add his own subtle take to make it seem like he was reaching out to you personally as opposed to just blasting you with a scripted call. If you get a chance to bring Mike into your organization I would 100% recommend it. He’ll hit the ground running and probably have your existing reps a little scared for their jobs.
