A member of the MRP steering team, was a critical member of a companywide transition, along with integrating programs and designing and developing complex manufacturing instructions. • Spearheaded the creation of an assembly department to perform complex assembly work inhouse rather than outsourcing it. Led technical audits, wrote detailed planning instructions, and provided the support that resulted in approval from Lockheed, Boeing and Spirit Aerospace, greatly improving on deliverables that required complex assembly. • Maintaining a tight time frame and undergoing multiple rigorous technical reviews, was able to gain approvals from Airbus to manufacture 20 different parts. • Successfully recovered delinquent part numbers that were causing missed load dates by providing a plan to get the company back on schedule by adjusting necessary resources internally and externally to make recovery dates. • Managed all new developmental programs of complex machined parts and assemblies ranging from 3" to 60' in length (Hard or Soft Metals) from conception until reaching full production. Collaborated with vendors and internal stakeholders on technical matters while creating detailed documentation for complex machine/assembly planning and providing support. • Expedited processing time for complex assemblies on F-35 JSF program by shortening the external process time. This was done by finding an external vendor who could use models for printing masking outlines, rather than the masking to be performed manually. This reduced processing time by up to 5 days, and parts were shipped with no delay or expedite charges. • Collaborated with customers and suppliers to ensure positive outcomes. • Reviewed all contracts and requirements to ensure specification adherence.
