I am the author and creator of First Timer Japanese - Keeping Faith which is a story consisting of multiple chapters that aims to help Japanese learners at a beginner level establish a strong foundation in the language. It tells the story of a young international couple in Japan who, as their relationship develops, realize they can help each other reach their goals and dreams.-Each chapter is seperate, and is formatted as a dialogue between characters. Since the purpose is to make learning Japanese interesting and as fun as possible, each line consists of the Japanese text, romanizations to simplify learning the writing system, and the English translations.-After presenting the chapter, each line is shown again, introducing any new words and explaining grammar as simply as possible, sometimes using examples for reinforcement, and occasionally reminding the reader of some of these words and grammar throughout the story.-This method allows readers to learn a language through context and repetition: two of the most important keys to acquiring a foreign language and which many resources lack; this is the benefit of giving readers a story.-Many words are covered that you may not expect from other resources
