Michael is an organized go-getter with exceptional skills when it comes to leadership, sales processes, and project management. I reported directly to Michael for a year and have him to thank for developing as a Sales Operations professional more than any other point in my career. He takes big picture ideas and creates tangible projects, while organizing actionable items for different stakeholders to accomplish a common goal. Michael came to Catalyte at a time where his leadership, paired with technical expertise in tools like Salesforce and Workday, helped move the organization in the right direction. He was able to implement new tools - both sales and operational - while improving existing processes. Any organization would be lucky to have Michael as a leader, changemaker, and genuine person.
