As Director of Institutional Relationships at Confluence Investment Management, I am responsible for the sales and servicing efforts with institutional consultants, mid-large market RIAs, Foundations & Endowments, Multiemployer (Taft-Hartley) Plans, and Family Offices. Over the past 25 years, I have continuously pursued new skills and industry knowledge so I can better serve clients and consultants. My sales process begins with listening...and does not end until the client reaches their stated goals and objectives. It is my professional goal to facilitate better communication between all parties. This creates an open exchange to enhance decision making and problem solving for the client. Prior to joining Confluence, I served as the Head of Distribution for Spouting Rock Asset Management (SRAM). Prior to SRAM, I served as the head of the Corporate Retirement (defined contribution, defined benefit, cash balance etc.) sales force for Manning & Napier. I was charged with creating, managing, and strategically directing the firm's first dedicated qualified plan sales team. Previously, I also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing, Wealth Management Group at Brandywine Global (Legg Mason). In my free time, I treasure my time with my family and I also enjoy snow skiing, ice hockey, and reading U.S. History. Show less
