Michael is an outstanding partner to work with: generous of spirit, always insightful, never rushed to judgment, and genuinely interested in seeking movement - together - toward a place of greater understanding.

I am a better professional because of Michael Powell. I've known him for the last 3 years. I first got to know him as a candidate and now I know him as a dear friend and trusted colleague. Michael is a thoughtful school leader and currently leads the work of Community, Equity, and Inclusion at Boys Latin in Baltimore, MD but his impact is felt on a national level. He is routinely sought out for guidance in the independent school community and locally in the Baltimore business community. I believe that his super power is his heart for others and his willingness to listen deeply across difference. I am grateful to know him and I highly recommend him as a gift to any future employer, client, or community.
