I worked with Mike for a number of years at MegaPath, and he is a top notch networking professional. He was located in a California office, while I remained in Texas, but was always willing to help out folks both in his own center and mine. Over the years I gained a tremendous amount of respect for him, both for his willingness to be a team player (even when that team was spread across several states) as well as his superior knowledge and troubleshooting aptitude. The organization is poorer due to his departure, but as I can see from his career path since, he's had no trouble applying his skills effectively in other technical enterprises.
