Lead and manage four team channels devoted to researching new ideas for software development (Software as a Service (SaaS)), IT support and Web Development. This position is logically equivalent to IT Director. I create enterprise level SaaS and web based project estimates including budgets, timelines and key date milestones, create or provide market strategy, manage updates, beta and user software testing, go-live roll outs, project management, document meetings, ensure project accountability for assigned team members. Communicate effectively with team members, providing all resources necessary for the project and remain client facing supporting their advertising and marketing strategy while providing valuable website and SaaS solutions to enhance their workflow, provide more streamlined efficiency and effectiveness. Through my visionary ideas I have added multiple new revenue streams, raised efficiencies across multiple job seats, added QA Testers and an IT Business Analyst. In growing the team from 5 people that were a negative profit to over 20 team members and profitable. I instituted training plans for new hires ensuring they knew WordPress and the React Framework resulting in two large scale web projects that are now live using React and another SaaS project that is complete and in testing with an August 2023 rollout expected. I assist in hiring new employees, manage the department budget and prepare forecasts as well as pay increases, employee terminations and employee discipline.

I was tasked to reestablish the Brigade Engineer duties and responsibilities and the Protection Cell after a long gap between my predecessor and I. Gathering tools, I worked with a small group and determined an audit was necessary. I requested and scheduled an audit and quickly corrected areas deficient and brought the Brigade and its six Battalions, and 30 companies into compliance. I established three enduring programs; partnered to form habitual, cyclical partnerships to ensure the Brigade Engineer Cell and Protection Cell would remain in compliance long term, established a civil engineering project review board with the Engineer Battalion Commander as the Chairman to vet and fund civil engineer projects within the Brigade, and established and enduring risk mitigation and compliance board by building strategic, cyclical partnerships organic to Fort Bliss and civilian vendors providing resourcing and expertise with input into our processes and requirements.

I served as the Senior Engineer Planner responsible for all military construction in South Korea, the ensure all required engineer resources would be available to meet strategic and national interests on the Korean Peninsula for both armistice and in time of conflict should conflict resume. Due to limited personnel I formed an enduring partnership for senior executive leadership and resources in support of very large scale military training exercises, military construction support plans, and military plans meeting the military and national strategic interests to handle the North Korea problem. This resulted in 412th Theater Engineer command and 416th Theater Engineer Command providing experts in supporting all aspects of operational and strategic requirements.
