My involvement in other campuses was the formal requests from the Head of School of the respective campuses to render my expertise. • Under the request from my campus’ Principal, I supervised five IB-MYP Year 5 students and to attain campus’ target average point of 6 for their IB’s Personal Project assignments during their Academic Year 2019/2020 (AY 2019/20). • On my own initiative and with the approval of the Principal, I took over the leadership of the IB-MYP’s Personal Project (IB-MYP 5) as a result from the sudden departure of the Personal Project’s coordinator. • Initiated an implementation to improve the learning environment of our IB-MYP classrooms to reflect the standards alluded by IB. This is after my own extensive research by interviewing PYP coordinators, surveys and observations.
