I was extremely fortunate to have Mike be my first hire as a manager. He set the bar high for other new hire qualifications. Joining the Cord Blood Registry sales team you had to be adaptive, intuitive, reflective, entrepreneurial, a team player and have keen salesmanship. Mike was all that!
