During a practicum course at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, I was part of a team that conducted three total usability studies for FloCal and HP. We looked through existing literature and standards to help us design our studies. We then recruited participants and collected data from our tests. We then presented our findings and recommendations to employees of the company.
