I skewered the chickens and cooked them, making sure that they were at a safe temperature before placing them in containers in the warmer. After the four hour time limit I had to remove the chickens from the warmer and break them down to be chilled and sold in groups of legs/thighs and breasts. I was also responsible for preparing meals in the Home Meal Solutions area and putting them into the cooler for members to purchase.
