Michael has a passion for supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. He has the skill to work on a detailed product supply problem but also a creative high level strategic supply solution. Michael is a great person to work with; trustworthy, supportive and with a great sense of humor. Always ready for a challenging cross-functional debate to find the right solution for the customer as well as the company. Michael is also willing to sharing his extensive knowledge. He is very creative teacher and great at motivating and developing people. I hope to be able to work with him again in the future

I had the pleasure to work with Michael over the last three and a half years. Michael is a very skilled leader, with the capability to manage people and processes in a variety of areas. I found Michael always willing to work across functional boundaries to best serve the customer. Michael would routinely to take on more responsibility in order to fill organizational gaps, and do an excellent job. Michael, was a key player in an organizational turn around. As Inventory Leader, he was able to put key metrics, and continue to improve inventory turns quarter over quarter. Michael was also looked to as a Leader in his current organization and provided excellent coaching and mentorship to some of the less experienced team members. Michael is an exceptional individual whom I would recommend for any role within in Supply Chain Management!
