IT: Played a part in coordinating the set-up and maintenance of numerous technical systems: - Maintaining/troubleshooting VISA machines. - Installation of software, including MS Office and creation and setup of new Windows installations. - Connection to office email through outlook on Windows, on iOS and on Android through their native mail apps. - Setup of shared folders and permissions on a network drive. - Setup of network scanners/printers. - Organising accounts for new users on multiple systems. - Connection of new devices to our network/phone system and movement of already installed devices. - Installing and configuring network hardware. (network based clock-in terminals, etc) Other Skills: - Vehicle registration. - Purchasing of warranties and maintenance packages. - Working with online change of vehicle ownership. - Vehicle photography, editing and uploading of imagery and preparation of vehicle advertisements. - Printing of PoS material for vehicles and use of virtual product presentation system.
