In my time working with and managing Mr. O'Brien, his undeniable attention to detail and technical ability shone among his peers and was noted often by the clients he assisted. Mr. O'Brien operates with empathy and understanding of the role he fills in SingleHop, often times being placed in a position of "make or break" for a client. His encyclopedia-like knowledge of all things technology and IT equivalent of "bedside manner" are no doubt tantamount in his ability to perform under pressure.
