Michael Novak is the kind of leader everyone should have on their team! He is clear and concise in his direction and is able to inspire me when a design needs adjusting.Without fail, the end result is better because of his input. It is rare to find his combination of professionalism, intelligence and respect, that seems to bring the best out of me creatively, every time.

I oversee the production of text and art that appears in the Sunday bulletins of some two thousand parishes around the United States, supervising the work of more than a dozen authors and artists. I created and helped design the publications and web pages through which these resources are distributed to the parishes and institutions that use them. Each year I have also edited between two and five books of scripture reflections, prayers, or pastoral/religious formation, and I serve as our division's technical consultant for digital products.
