I used system exports and Excel to determine GAD reviews due and review drawdown application forms on receipt. I operated the team mailbox and answered all queries asked of the team.       As a Customer Associate I worked on SIPP Investments, Claims, Pension Drawdown Servicing and Support Teams. As a member of the Investments Team I handled investment sales and purchases to guarantee work was completed within the standard turnaround periods as well as keeping control of my daily workload. As part of this team I carried out complex calculations in preparation for referral to the Technical Team. I was responsible for the premium payments batch ensuring that standing order and other regular payments were made. Whilst in a Claims Team I dealt with contributions and servicing of policies, assisting with transfers and drawdown. I assisted on the Corporate New Business, Actuarial Valuation Report (AVR), Maximum Funding and Deminimus Teams. I built a close working relationship with Actuaries carrying out complex calculations involved with Actuarial Valuation Reports and Maximum Funding Quotes. Towards the end I detailed Final Salary calculations and administration. I had the privilege to be part of the AVR Team that won a top management award. Additionally I gained various internal awards such as one for solving a major IT problem. During my time at Liverpool Victoria I undertook the role of trainer and frequently taught new starters, was involved in developing new ‘checking sheets’ and worked on procedure notes. I volunteered during a period of re-structuring to work on a Drawdown Servicing Team taking a large amount of queries and learning new procedures.
