From his first day at Altair, it was clear that Mike would be a rising star. Despite being brand new to software sales, he immediately learned our software, use cases, and customers, and within a few weeks was one of top performing BDRs. He didn’t stop there. He also took the opportunity to develop new metrics for success and push us to more strategic opportunities.
