Home Savings Realty was founded by Michael Nicholson, who moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and began in Real Estate in 1999. His background prior to moving to Colorado was managing fine dining restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles and the Napa Valley. Before opening Home Savings Realty, Mr. Nicholson worked with For Sale by Owners and specialized in new construction. Michael now lives with his wife and two sons in Fort Collins, Colorado. His reason for opening Home Savings Realty is simple:"I believe that the Real Estate industry needs to be more consumer focused. In every other industry in the nation, the customer comes first.
