These activities include managing: utilities, city inspections, market analysis; weekly property inspections; dealing with municipalities and local ordinances; property repairs for preservation, and to meet neighborhood expectations; property expenses; marketing and representing the Seller/bank during the offer process, through the actual closing. Also, for the company, manage the expenses and invoices associated with all the bank owned properties, which includes gathering invoices for all fees and expenses associated with each properties, and processing invoices for payment and reimbursements. Working as a liaison with Freddie Mac, vendors, contractors, municipalities, realtors and buyers. Improved efficiencies associated with Freddie Mac “score card” performance reports, and sustained favorable scores and further improvements; Saved company thousands of dollars with improved processes.
