  Since 2005, I have done art and design projects in organisations such as KAYIWA Oy and managed African Art and Design Workshops, at Aalto University of Arts, design and Architecture • Still in Finland, I have organised art teaching workshops at Aalto University’s School of Art and Design/ Visual Culture (Dept); Students explored locally produced plant dyes by decorating fabrics. The workshop was made possible by a grant from the department. • I have also worked as a Graphic designer and Concept developer at Kayiwa Oy (https://www.kayiwa.fi/) • In 2007, I made illustration for Primary School charts, which were used by the new primary school thematic curriculum courtesy of Ministry of Education-Uganda. The new curriculum was planned to promote changes from the old syllabus and it was planned to accommodate individual student interests, abilities, as well as fostering a favorable climate of teamwork and mutual support. A lot of workshops in Art and Crafts have already been carried out in Finland and Uganda. The main goal is to give chance to the learner acquire skills and knowledge that can accommodate working in groups of all sizes.
