  I joined DCM Services an exciting, professional and vibrant Mechanical Services company as the Senior Project Manager for the WA Construction business to manage and deliver large mechanical services projects. During my time as the Senior Project Manager we successfully delivered the Tinaqi Lithium project mechanical services at their Kwinana site.Seeing opportunity for growth, and with the support of the company's directors I was asked to take over as the State Operations Manager for the WA business in December.

  After successfully securing the Wheatstone PAGA project as the Account Manager for the business I was promoted into the Senior Project Manager position to execute the largest project the company had ever embarked on delivering. Using my skills as a Project and Operations Manager in previous roles, I guided the business and all staff to successfully deliver this industry leading and complex project on time and well within budget to the satisfaction of the client and builder Chevron and Bechtel. The Wheatstone PAGA project delivery was complex due to the sites remote location, coupled with a technologically advanced multi node evacuation system that utilised the site wide GPON fiber network for all of its inter building communications. Site delivery and latest to site shipping was a critical part of ensuring on time delivery, and with careful planning and logistical support this was achieved.
