Key successes in this role include:  Setting up of the company “Gem Diamonds Marketing Botswana” for the sale of diamonds from Ghaghoo mine in Botswana which included: - Design of the sales and marketing offices and viewing rooms. - Management of all contractors during the construction phase ensuring project timeline and budget allocation were achieved. - Procurement of all furniture and equipment.  Developed the sales assortment categories for the sorting, pricing and marketing of the Ghaghoo diamond production to maximise potential sales revenue.  Successfully managed and sold seven (7) Ghaghoo productions on tender before the mine was placed on care and maintenance.
