      Mike Morse graduated from the Culinary Institute of American and immediately entered restaurants. After short stints at Betony, NYC and The Cookery, Dobbs Ferry he opened his own catering company, Hearth, Wing, and Fryer. Mike Morse was recommened as the 2nd employee at Regalis foods and was swiftly promoted to their first sales rep after the founder. He has been trained in sales by the youngest truffle dealer in history, Ian Purkayastha, and trained in business by one of the most influential meat purveyors in Chicago, David Yourd. After displaying his acumen for sales, he was promoted to head of sales, a title he has held for 5 years. During the pandemic Mike set his eyes on the rest of the United States and pivoted from Regalis' main NYC rep to their national rep. He now handles some of the largest accounts in the US and continues to grow daily. Mike has helped multiply Regalis' profits over the years, even when compared to pre-COVID sales.
