I have known Mike Milliron for over a decade as a peer and mentor and can speak to Mike's professionalism and ability to solve problems like a professional in any situation. Mike has had an extremely successful career in the field of medical supply sales, and I know him to be professional, trustworthy, diligent, and a phenomenal team player in all aspects of his career. More than anything, Mike is very skilled at teaching and mentoring younger and early-career professionals. I can speak to Mike's prowess as a teacher in his mentorship of me as an early professional and helping me through challenging situations in my work life. I am always amazed at Mike's ability to listen and solve problems, even in working with others outside of his career field. I wholeheartedly endorse Mike as a colleague, mentor, and friend.

It is my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for Michael Milliron. I’ve known Mike for over 20 years, having worked with him as a colleague at HCSC Linen Services in the service and marketing capacities and in later years, keeping in touch at the annual PA Statewide Healthcare Conferences. He has always demonstrated responsibility and the entrepreneurial spirit. Mike has developed a well-rounded resume of advancement, not only professionally but in developing a myriad of essential skills that are vital in today's environment such as determination, good judgment (Leadership), great communications skills and composed demeanor. One of the many attributes Mike possesses is also his problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to making business ideas work. It’s truly inspiring to see him tackle something and make it a success. I would also like to add that Mike is a compassionate human being with praiseworthy perseverance and ambition. In my judgement, Mike would be an indispensable asset to any organization. Theodore N. Halkias Director, Contracts Administration & Corporate Compliance Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc.
