Commercial Millwork Project Manager leading the delivery of all commercial construction projects, with a focus on exceeding expectations with regards to project schedules, budget, and ​quality standards. Average portfolio consists of 12-15 projects managed at one time via INNERGY Enterprise Software. Submission of submittals, closeout documents, and review of shop drawings for accuracy/consistency. Additional responsibilities consist of the creation / design of standard operating procedures aimed at enhancing communication and general workflow efficiency/consistency, management of all in-house installers & their schedules, management of all in-house deliveries & their schedules.
