As a supply logistics technician I monitor each aspect of the supply chain. The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail and electronic technical knowledge. I ensure inner departments of Air Force bases receive equipment or supplies to perform their duties. It involves creating/ monitoring spreadsheets, logs and various Air Force databases (Microsoft Office, outlook, etc.). Also, performing warehouse and HAZMAT functions such as, forklifts, controlling hazardous material and knowing their status's. Epidemiologist

Our epidemiology team was a recently created team to study and compile data that revolved around COVID-19 and the spread of the epidemic from person-to-person. I worked directly with local health departments, hospitals and military personnel investigating how the virus was being spread. It was my duty to remain up to date on all CDC guidelines to ensure I performed investigations accordingly. These investigations involved extensive contact tracing positive cases and whom the individual came in direct contact with. I used this data to create spreadsheets, logs, and update various database systems that statewide health facilities analyzed for the CDC. I conducted morning office meetings with medical/ military staff involving daily updates, case files, status of total spread locally, and our goal/plan of action for the day.
