I had the opportunity to work with Mike very early on in my career. Mike made an immediate impression on me with his ability to guide and influence others while continuing to deliver individual results on the sales floor. In an environment measured heavily on personal performance and results, Mike was able to take a balanced approach that not only optimized his output but also the performance of those he managed. As a manager and an mentor Mike played a key role in helping me to develop as a sales professional, and ultimately as a leader myself. In a period of rapid growth, I was tasked to add immediate value to a team already very rich in talent. When looked upon to deliver results in extremely challenging submarkets, Mikes guidance and support allowed me to grow and achieve success.
