      The production manager of Heritage Graphics contacted me with a proposal to relocate to Arizona, as the lead pressman and oversee the installation of their state of the art multi million dollar Heidelberg computerized printing press. My troubleshooting and analytical thinking coupled with years of experience in the printing industry proved to be paramount in having the press up and running at 100% efficiency 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I mentored the pressmen on how to program the operations of the press as well as factor in the the equation to formulate the amount of spoilage to be used. The proficiency of press increased production by 23% while the skill level of the pressmen earned them the Big Q award which is the highest award given in recognition of Quality.
