  I joined ESE Networks to lead the production crew for the weekly outdoor sports and adventure show, "Ultimate Outdoors: with Wayne Pearson". The show has been running for over 40 years, and is currently aired through the Pursuit Channel. As Production Manager, I produce, direct, film, edit, narrate, and create animations for 13 episodes per season. I've traveled all across the country to film and create quality content with limited resources and budget.   I gained more experience and knowledge working with QVC for 7 months than I previously thought possible. As a Studio Coordinator, I was responsible for working with hosts, guests, and the production team to produce and run shows from the floor. The excitement of working demanding hours in such a fast paced environment (3 channels of 24/7 programming all in one location) was one of the most beneficial experiences of my career to date. I gained more experience and knowledge working with QVC for 7 months than I previously thought possible. As a Studio Coordinator, I was responsible for working with hosts, guests, and the production team to produce and run shows from the floor.   I joined IUP-TV's "The Big Hit" the first week of my freshman year of college, and continuously worked to improve the show until the day that I graduated. As Director and Executive Producer, I was responsible for completing and airing at least 10 hour-long episodes per semester. Every week, I directed, filmed, edited, and created graphics for each show. I also ran the show's social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), as well as trained new and returning team members in all areas of production.
