I have known Michael Marshall for a number of years, being a friend of his family. I found him then to be a very personable and relaxed young man, pleasant to be around. Because of a business situation I had the experience of working with him. As a subordinate in a small company, he turned out to be a very conscientious employees, a team player and someone with a high level of commonsense and initiative. I was surprised and pleased with this for two reasons. One the one hand he was fairly new out of college and on the other, his approach was so different from what one currently gets from the typical person in his then age group.
