Helicopter Pilot stationed in Nome Alaska. As the only employee there, I managed the location. I was responsible for running the entire operations. I did customer scheduling, accounts payable & receivable, bank deposits, ordering fuel deliveries, & facility maintenance. I flew a BO-105 offshore in the Bering Sea to the island of Little Diomede, which is situated next to Russia. I flew the US mail and the local Eskimo residents. I was checked out in the AS350-B2 as a backup helicopter. I was also checked out as a Bell 412/212 PIC for Medevac. I became NVG recurrent in the Bell 412. The Company had a restructuring and I was laid off.
