   Preparation of Financial Statement Report ie: Income Statement, Capital Account, Balance Sheet.  Prepare quarterly and annual aeging report  Check and review sales invoice and making sure that it is in accordance with the contracts.  Conduct credit control analysis, formulate policies, take remedial measures to forestall bad debts and delayed payments  Verify book and physical receivables figures and follow up with sales team for receipt on due dates  Collect accounts by contacting customers, invetigating circumstances of non-payment, negotiating and resolving conflicts, expediting payment  Monitor and maintain payroll accuracy  Check and maintain all payments to suppliers and other external parties according to the standard company procedures  Do bank, client and suppliers reconciliation.  Timely filing of Tax Return, payment with FTA portal  Meeting with clients and discuss possible project enhancement  Assisting Finance Director in coordination with banks regarding credit lines, guarantees and all other bank facilities.  Evaluate and analyze monthly sales to monitor performance  Provide evaluation report for the newly aquired projects and inform Finance Director which projects are generating good margin.  Monitor and updates client contracts and provide notice to the project manager for the nearly expiry  Support financial planning by forcasting cash flow Show less
