  The Manager identifies, develops and maintains international customers for University international training and educational programs. He analyzes customer needs, develops proposals and recommends programs, materials and services to international customers that will fulfill educational/training requirements. He develops informational and promotional programs and publications aimed at reaching targeted audiences within the international environment. Maintains and develops business relations with international agents, business leaders, including: CEO's, Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, Human Resource Managers, Directors and Training Coordinators, as well as University and College Deans, Principals, Vice Principals, and Directors. Identifies new opportunities for providing continuing education to internationals. Expands customer base. Negotiates contracts with customer to provide custom design international continuing education programs. Planning may be coordinated with other ECI, Extension, University staff, or community experts. He also works closely with other service units to coordinate planning and all logistics to ensure successful custom programs.
