      Responsible for all aspects of the District's Underground Service Alert ("USA") notification program which includes marking pipelines by reading and interpreting as-built drawings and using a cathodic locator. Trained and filled in for the Watermaster position on various occasions which included running the SCADA system to control all pumps and canal gates, taking farmers orders, inputting various user demand and production data, and preparing forms for the Operations department. Repair and program well field and farmer's horizontal and vertical meters, both mechanical and digital such as McCrometer and Water Specialties. Replace and repair electronic actuators (Limitorque) on butterfly valves at pump plants or wherever requested. Record time allocated to projects and updated master tracking documents. Maintain and track inventory stock for Operations Department, placing orders when necessary. Establish, develop, and maintain effective and cooperative work relationships with employees, water users, contractors, landowners, and representatives of other agencies.
