Job Title Responsibilities: • Conducted extensive research on customer requirements and analyzed them for theoretical practicality and feasibility. • Determined technical and financial project feasibility through thermal process calculations, equipment sizing, materials selection, scheduling and project costing. • Compiled and submitted client requested technical documentation for thermal processing equipment which met client’s process requirements. • Managed projects from inception (process design, costing, fabrication, project scheduling and quality control) to hand over (commissioning and documentation hand over). • Liaised with vendors to determine and purchase the required equipment and tools needed to complete projects successfully. • Managed projects spares quoting and procurement procedure. • Managed and designed the thermal performance decisions and collections of evidence in preparation for full-scale flight. • Successfully developed bespoke python cyclone separator equipment analysis code in order to analyze process performance which has been used to analyze client supplied information. • Provided clients with comprehensive feedback from the data obtained from the bespoke python code, the raw data was effectively managed, processed, analyzed and shared with the client in order to assist them in data-driven decision making. • Headed conference calls and meetings with clients to discuss potential projects, advise them on the correct equipment selection for their product and gain information about their business.
