Providing 24/7/365 Rental and Used Power Solutions for Temporary Power Generation (50KW-2000KW Diesel Driven Generators), Electrical Distro Equip (Transformers, Panelboards, ATS's, etc.) Compressed Air (750CFM - 1800CFM), Climate Control Equipment (Air Conditioners, Air Cooled Chillers 50 - 527 Tons, Heaters, ETC), and their related accessories in the Tri-State area including, Eastern PA, the State of NJ, Staten Island, NY and Northern Delaware. • Field incoming calls to the rental department • Quote rentals ranging from simple rentals to complex climate and temperature control projects • Prepare Rental Agreements/Checkouts & Check Ins of Equipment • Return rentals and invoice customers • Process vendor invoices, and manage end of month accruals • Set up, arrange, dispatch, manage, freight/trucking (including truck tractors, heavy duty roll backs, knuckle boom truck cranes), diesel refueling, DEF filling, external labor electrical and mechanical crews, and internal labor of rental equipment and other services. • Run rental field service and rental shop technicians day, and manage their workload • Schedule maintenance and repairs of rental equipment in house in the shop and out in the field. • Maintain rental and re-rental fleet by identifying and prioritizing repairs to equipment. • Remotely Monitor equipment to observe performance • Procure additional & specialized rental equipment and other services from outside vendors • 24/7 on Call Availability for coordinating Emergency and After Hour Rentals and related service calls. • Sales Administrator for 3 Rental Reps Show less
