Michael has a crucial role at ADT, a Tyco Security company. This company uses state of the art electronic techniques to monitor very large companies. Michael's section's task is to ensure that service is consistent and high quality, which is not easy considering the technical sophistication. My job was to assist by providing advice from the perspective of the quality standard. What impressed me was how Michael saw the benefits of what was being attempted, then worked very effectively in developing and implementing completely customised solutions based on his business needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael in any high tech application.
