  Assist in the development of Hilmar Cheese Predictive Maintenance program and procedures, making sure they are in line with overall company and departmental goals. Facilitates efforts to reliability and maintainability of site(s) assets and equipment through collection and organization of data to include vibration, ultrasound, Infrared thermography and oil analysis. Maintains/improves precision lubrication program as well as assists in the execution of maintenance program improvements at the asset level. • Assists in the development and performs collection of Pd.M. routes/programs.
