I have not known Mike Lewis for a long time, however, I am very impressed with his understanding of the business and his eagerness and passion to excel as a District Manager. Mike was hired by Genji and I had the privilege of training Mike in my zone for 6 weeks. My District Manager who oversees our training store reported many positives back on Mike week after week. Meeting with Mike, I could see that he was a perfect fit for the role he was hired for in a very challenging market. In his first weeks at his new assignment as District Manager at Genji Pacific, he immediately started to make impact on operations and profits. Later, he was asked to assist on the East Coast on a restaurant venue project and he cheerfully obliged. Mike's understanding of customer service, operations and team relations added much value to our new venue and I was especially impressed by his calm demeanor and steady as she goes approach. I would recommend Mike to any potential employer who is looking for a candidate with energy, passion, steady leadership, ability to react in a measured manner, creative problem solving and overall attitude of doing the right things for the right reasons. Mike is a great leader and he hits the ground running when given a challenge. There is no question that he has a bright future in District Management and beyond.
