I have not known Mike Lewis for a long time, however, I am very impressed with his understanding of the business and his eagerness and passion to excel as a District Manager. Mike was hired by Genji and I had the privilege of training Mike in my zone for 6 weeks. My District Manager who oversees our training store reported many positives back on Mike week after week. Meeting with Mike, I could see that he was a perfect fit for the role he was hired for in a very challenging market. In his first weeks at his new assignment as District Manager at Genji Pacific, he immediately started to make impact on operations and profits.
