  As the Program Director at Harmony House Homeless Services, Inc., I serve as an assistant to the Executive Director. I am the direct supervisor for the Case Managers(3) and the Shelter Aides(13). I am responsible for regular reports that get sent to other agencies and the Board of Directors. I also serve as the Human Resources manager in the organization. I am responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of all new staff. While at Harmony House I have developed and established an employee handbook, to include many specific policies, and job descriptions. I am also responsible for the handling of employee infractions, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution. I process payroll bi-weekly to include and accurately calculate all deductions and garnishments.
