Mike has multiple superior management and leadership traits but the one that impresses me the most is his ability to analyze a situation or a need and develop the best available solution to that need. This is often done within minutes or over prolonged periods through the use of project management skills. Mike is forthright and firm in his convictions but he is always willing to listen to others' ideas and accept wise counsel. I see limitless top level management and leadership potential in Mike.

Michael Lenwell managed a maintenance section before we went to war ensure the timely repair of radio equipment. He did a great job ensuring production flowed smoothly and that replacement system components were readily available for the military units we supported. During the war, Michael did a great job of managing the shipping and receiving section which is a critical component of any maintenance shop. His organization and attention to detail kept the required operational electronic assets available and his technical skill ensured those items were 100% functions for mission accomplishment.
