  My year as a foreman provided me further growth to learning about the roles and responsibilities of a superintendent. This gave me opportunity to supervise sites for superintendents taking vacation days where I was able to further expand my knowledge technologically and with formal/informal supervision duties. My supervision included CRU's and a technology center. I also successfully completed a large building foundation running a small crew.

  During this time I was involved with an abundance of concrete work involving a multitude of different formwork styles and design including radius tanks. We used several different forming systems mainly consisting of pilasio gang forms and burk & Waler. We were also involved with assisting iron workers with the structural steel installs for the industrial buildings going up at the time.
