Managed a variety of employee empowerment programs to address employee retention & satisfaction including streamlining recruiting processes, succession planning, developing of internal communication channels and resolving employee relations issues in both union and non-union environments. • Implementation of a comprehensive regional human resources ethernet/SharePoint and traditional communication channels to ensure human resources and operational initiatives are communicated to three separate business units and 157 separate locations in the southwest in a timely/accurate process. • Partnered with senior management in the implementation and communication of a comprehensive on-line training/development programs consisting of 62 Quick Core Competency training videos & tutorials. Served as a key element for succession planning, employee retention of targeted high performing individuals and employee empowerment. The on-line training provided a selling point for acquiring new business and contracts, promoting operational & financial efficiencies, and achieve organization & department financial business goals. • Develop a series of human resources metric/KPI reports including new hire & tenured employee satisfaction surveys, employees’ rewards & wage compensation effectiveness for strategic planning of regional turnover reduction initiatives. The KPI instrumental in an annual/quarterly bonus program and performance management. • Development of union avoidance programs and which resulted in the decertification of three individual bargaining units.
