Updated and maintained the quality of the Land Registry Property Description Database by establishing working relationships with the various Local Authorities to ensure no problem arose when the premises was later sold on. Re-structured the Land Registry Property Database Correspondence Library to make sure it was kept both cohesive and easily accessible. Worked within a close small team and supported colleague’s achievement of finishing within the top three Land Registries for production and error rate for the Database. Processed a high number of requests for Land Registry Telephone Services by on-screen data input, using information provided by the caller within the Agency standard of three rings. Ensured that all outgoing mail was checked, counted and bagged up by set agreed time with both the Royal Mail and DX. Produced a daily costing report which would be dispatched to Land Registry Head Quarters. Supervised all incoming deliveries to the loading bay area and distributing those goods to their required destination within the office. Addressed customers to the walk-in Information Centre whilst covering main reception duties. Ran social trips of various different types of up to 70 people at various different locations around the country over a period of 13 years. Was part of a successful committee which helped organise the Millennium LR.Sports Day at Cheltenham Racecourse attended by close to one thousand people by arranging transport to and from the venue. Ensured the smooth running of the committee by arranging a meeting at least every other month and taking minutes at them. Organised two Christmas parties attended by over one hundred people, both of which ran smoothly. Show less
